A CURATED LIST OF OUR FAVORITE VENDORS

Through the years, we have worked with some wonderful vendors. People who help make the wedding day run smooth and ensure a great time is had by all. We've curated a list of some of our favorite just for you! This list is ever growing as we continue to meet and network with new vendors, so if there is anything else you are looking for, feel free to ask!

PHOTOBOOTH

It would be silly of us not to mention our photobooth first. We started Swatch Photobooth a few years ago and have brought it to weddings, birthdays, graduations, holidays and corporate events. Our couples LOVE the elegance of the booth itself and their family and friends have a blast with it all night! With a variety of backdrops, props and customization, you can make the booth exactly what you want it to be!

VENUE

There are several wonderful venues in the Toledo area and we are constantly discovering new ones. The Toledo Zoo, Nazareth Hall, and the Renaissance Hotel in Downtown Toledo are all stunning venues with a team that will not let you down. Every wedding we have at these venues has been unbelievable and we love getting to work there.

PLANNER

Investing in a wedding day coordinator is invaluable. Not only will they assist you in the major decisions you have to make, but they have a network of other vendors that they trust who can also help you. We absolutely love working with Brooke & Dani from Bee for the Day. The whole team of bees do everything they can to make the wedding day as stress-free as possible. It truly shows through in the photos!

MUSIC

Whether you hire a band or a DJ, it is important to find someone who will keep the fun going throughout the evening. If you want your guests dancing and having a blast all night, you want to provide them with good music! We always have an amazing time with Bluewater Kings Band and would highly refer them to anybody looking for a great band. If you prefer a DJ, contact Decorative Sound or Life Celebrations. We have always have a wonderful time working with them at weddings and they know how to have a good time!

FLORIST

Your bouquets, boutonnieres and floral arrangements not only add to the beauty of your day, but they are one of the best ways to accent your style and everything you put into your wedding day. Whether you prefer loose, flowing greenery or a unique variety of carnations, decorative cabbage and dark plum succulents, your florist will help you create the perfect look. Amanda at Bartz Viviano, Brigitta at Ella Flora Weddings, or Debbie at The Flower Mercantile will all take amazing care of you creating the exact arrangements you imagine.

DESSERT

I'll admit, I'm definitely a sweet tooth. It is extremely hard for me to turn down dessert at weddings. Although I enjoy MOST of them, there are a few that stand above the rest. Papa Moose donuts are TO DIE FOR. Most people aren’t into cakes, so go with a dessert you love, like donuts. If you are not quite ready for something that unique, visit Wixey Bakery. They have mastered the perfect mix of beauty and deliciousness in cakes, cookies and cupcakes!

VIDEOGRAPHY

While we no longer offer videography, we’ve had the opportunity to work with some amazing creatives that we know will create the most perfect video that captures your love and big day. Ellen Dziubek, Rob Heath Productions and 7th Floor Media are some of our favorites to work with.
