We confess, we do play favorites (just a little bit)! We do have special pricing if you’re getting married at a local venue where we are a preferred vendor! Just send us a message and we will let you know the preferred rates!

We require a 25% retainer to reserve your booking and the remaining balance is due 30 days before the event. We accept ACH, Check, Credit Card or cash and can have the ability to set up a payment plan if you would like to spread out your payments!

Swatch Studios retains copyright over the photographic work and is able to use it for self-promotion.
We provide a personal license with each wedding collection upon delivery of your wedding gallery. This allows you to download the hi-res images and print them wherever you would like.

Our team consists of two lead photographers, Diana & Brooks, who you can learn about HERE. Depending on availability, we will let you know who you’ll be working with as soon as you reach out so there are no surprises.
As far as a second photographer, we regularly work with a small team of 3–5 photographers, all of whom photograph their own weddings as lead photographers. We've worked alongside them for years, know them well, and trust them completely so you can feel confident you're in great hands no matter who's behind the camera.

While we are very good at what we do, we have still not mastered being in two places at once. Having a second photographer allows us to capture multiple things happening at once like both of you getting ready at the same time as well as each of your expressions during the ceremony.
You’ll get more photos and the fun and creativity of two photographers!

Our contract states that your photos will take up to 8 weeks to deliver, but we usually contact our couples closer to 30 days after the wedding. At that time, you will receive a link to your online gallery where you can view, share & download your images.
